Editorial independence

The goal is to keep the site editorial first. Products included in shopping edits should fit the style direction and the content brief rather than appearing solely because a program exists.

How disclosure should appear in posts

  • At the top of shopping-heavy posts: "This post may contain affiliate links."
  • Near product modules: a short line noting that commissions may be earned.
  • In newsletters that include links: the same disclosure language in the email body or footer.
